Job Description
The head of Publicis Media Exchange (PMX) Investment Strategy will manage and foster deep, solutions-oriented strategies, relationships and plans for product usage with our Agency (all depts types) and Direct Clients in the US. This position is tasked with developing and showcasing pro-active and complex solutions that support PMX’s promise of delivering outstanding value, products and services. This individual will partner with the Precision, APEX, central activation, research, sales and support organizations across PMX and Publicis agency brands. The position oversees a team across marketing, design, sales strategy, product and platform marketing and communications.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop custom strategies for clients which utilize the various products and solutions across the PMX portfolio
- Drive “Close Quarters” conversations with Agencies/Clients regarding upcoming Upfronts, Annual Planning, RFPs, as well as strategic positioning of PMX within the online and traditional media landscape
- Continuously strengthen industry presence and network by participating in on-going industry events and finding the appropriate parties to attend as PMX representatives
- Coordinate with internal subject matter experts when developing proposals, preparing for client meetings and driving feedback sessions
- Contribute to the overall development of PMX, Precision and Apex’s offerings and participate as a thought leader in regards to our clients’ and industry perceptions of existing products and technology
- Develop and continuously enhance our Agency/Client strategies best practices and share across the organization
- Play a role alongside Senior Sales Management in driving the tactical and strategic direction of the Sales Department
- Create the positioning of PMX in the marketplace within new business and existing clients, plus the broader Publicis Groupe organization
- Survey, select and create plans which use our best performing products
- Inform new product creation based on client and consumer demand
- Build and deploy a go-to-market strategy for our various investment tools which includes new acquisitions into Publicis
- Maintain the look, feel, design and consistency of our PMX story for internal and external communications
- Lead a team of marketing and sales strategists who will be directly responsible for delivering the above within the sub-departments of PMX
