    Job Description

    The Verified team is comprised of centralized technology, contract, and activation of global standards. All Groupe technology partners must partake in the Publicis Verified certification process, an agnostic annual evaluation across all three pillars.

    The Verified team is responsible for end-to-end management of the marketplace, inclusive of partnerships process, thought leadership, agency and client education, and cross-team rollout of technology, contracts, and activation standards.

    The Manager on the Verified team will be responsible for supporting the Verified Technology Data team in managing all Data Provider and Data Platform relationships. The ideal candidate will have prior Programmatic experience, at a vendor, client, or agency, as well as a robust understanding of the ad tech industry. In addition, they will have strong organizational, communication and analytics skills. The Manager must possess an innate inner drive to contribute both individually and collaborating with a team.  

     RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support and grow day-to-day vendor relationships for Data Providers and Data Platforms.
    • Own the content creation and updates for Verified vendor profiles within content management systems.
    • Assist in the vetting and evaluation of new Data partners.
    • Provide data strategy consultative support to PM agencies as teams implement new technology solutions.
    • Collaborate with the Associate Director on Partnership and Activation related projects and requests.
    • Develop presentations and collateral to be shared within PMX and across Publicis Media.
    • Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to learn and share new products and solutions.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
    • 3 years digital advertising experiences (at least 1 year programmatic media buying or equivalent role)
    • Prior Programmatic and/or Social experience including planning, activation and analytics/reporting
    • Must think creatively, identifying problems and offering solutions.
    • Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong desire to contribute to a team.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office solutions, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

     PREFERRED:

    • Background in data analytics, programmatic campaign management or ad tech operations.
    • Experience with campaign optimization recommendations
    • Working knowledge of Data Management Platforms, Attribution, Cross-Device or 3rd Party Data Providers
    • Experience working with project management platforms (i.e. Salesforce, Box, JIRA, Microsoft Teams, and Confluence)
