    Job Description

    This role is responsible for actively supporting the Marcel (internal connectivity platform for Publicis Groupe) team through end-to-end production management of marketing initiatives for the platform.

    The ideal candidate will be well organized and with a great attention to detail. You will be a self-starter with a passion for all things digital. You will be happy to work on your own as well as part of a team and be willing to get involved at all levels. You will have excellent communication skills, globally minded, and understanding of content production and publishing. You are the type that everyone else loves to see coming down the hall because you are collaborative, you are grace under pressure, you get it, and you know how to get it done.

    ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support in end to-end-production management for editorial content, global emails and events
    • Support in executing creative ideas and communications across one or more mediums including  content management, emails, video, experiential activations, and landing pages
    • Collaborate with various internal teams (e.g. product, senior leadership, communities, TE&I, etc .) to ensure and integrated production process and ongoing internal communication
    • Support in developing project plans that include schedules/timelines and budgets
    • Plan and communicate internal and external workflows, ensuring effective and efficient exchange of information
    • Strong organizational skills —nothing slips through the cracks
    • Manage multiple projects concurrently while prioritizing tasks in order to meet critical deadlines
    • Close out projects by reconciling data, creating reports and distributing to relevant teams
    • Conduct a quality assessment of all outputs and deliverables
    • Proactively share ideas and processes with other producers, and creatives to help increase cross-functional efficiencies and improve the overall production output
    • Supports content upload via content publishing systems [AEM]
    • Back-up support for email distribution

    • Basic understanding of content production/publishing
    • Experience in marketing production
    • Detail oriented
    • Good to have: Background in social media or editorial 
    • Experience with global initiatives is a plus
    • Experience with platforms and product development is a plus
    • A passion and interest in all things digital, innovation, and emerging technologies
    • Self-starter with strong organizational skills
    • Able to give and receive critical feedback in a small team environment
    • Maintain a flexible mindset that can adapt when adjustments are required
