YOUR IMPACT

• Conduct research and data synthesis to identify critical user insights and develop hypotheses to design effective experiences
• Communicate credible design frameworks and their value to users
• Apply best practices to common design challenges
• Diagram features, e.g. checkout processes, signups, editing tools, etc. and determine the views and interactions needed
• Propose optimizations and creative approaches to UX systems that can drive impact for users’ needs
• Develop specification documentation that allows for implementation in software development
• Grow your experience and comfort with contributing and running client workshops, meetings, and other sessions

Qualifications

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE 

• Mapping user journeys and interactive flows
• Introductory knowledge of user research and testing
• Wireframing functionality for features and content
• Prototyping skills with a familiarity of 2-3 tools
• Low fidelity prototyping skills (i.e. InVision and XD)
