    Job Description

    We’re looking for an L&D Facilitator to lead and facilitate onboarding and trainings for our graduates across North America.

    We are experiencing lots of growth in the Early Careers space from 2022 onwards and you will be responsible for the running of our robust 5 week training program where the graduates will be introduced to life at PS and build their capability and professional skills so they add value to clients from their first project assignment.

    After the onboarding period the graduates will build skills through on the job exposure and experience, as well as completing structured learning paths. You will be part of team delivering trainings to our graduates across their first 3 years.

    We are currently running the Early Careers Program virtually but expect to shift to more in person onboarding & training when possible so the role will involve travel to offices across North America, such as New York, Boston, Chicago.

    Within this role you need to be a strong team player and partner with Early Careers, Talent Acquisition, HR operations, IT and other internal teams to ensure the graduates have a smooth experience. You will love interacting and communicating with graduates and be passionate about making them feel part of Publicis Sapient.

    During a few months of the year where we do not onboard any graduates you will support the Early Careers Team with behavioral interviews giving you the chance to meet future potential graduates and interns. As well as improving existing processes, the onboarding design and getting involved with wider L&D initiatives.

    WHAT YOU WILL DO

    • Deliver our Company onboarding program to all graduate new hires throughout the summer months
    • Deliver trainings focused on core consulting skills, wellbeing, business context and leadership skills
    • Communicate with various internal teams to plan and coordinate onboarding
    • Ensure a smooth handover to Capabilities as the graduates go through their foundational training (week 2-3)
    • Run an integrated group project with each cohort (weeks 4-5) to test their learning from prior weeks
    • Respond to queries, questions and issues the graduates face in the first 5 weeks
    • Conduct behavioral interviews during quiet onboarding/training periods  
    • Collate feedback and share with the Early Careers team
    • Work on improvements to the onboarding program and processes   
    • Support with broader learning initiatives, such as learning design
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelors Degree
    • At least 2 years experience in facilitating, onboarding, operations, training or similar
    • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure
    • Able to manage multiple things at one time and shift gears as needed
    • You will need to show you can operate independently as well as having the ability to work as part of a team
    • You can handle multiple tasks and are comfortable adapting to last minute changes and demands
    • Prior experience of facilitating trainings and project management/operations
    • Passionate about engaging and communicating with Gen Z
    • Feel at home in front of an audience
