    Job Description

    The HR Operations Specialist (Immigration/Mobility Contractor) is a key member of the NA People Team responsible for operationally coordinating all North American immigration situations as they relate to corporate visas and mobility. You will be the conduit between members of the Global Mobility team and the individual for operational-based tasks.

    This is a 6-month contract opportunity.

    YOUR IMPACT:

    • Coordinate with internal teams to process company-based and personal relocations.
    • Facilitate business operations for permanent international transfers to North America working closely with global People Teams & Business Service Providers. 
    • Work collaboratively with the Global Mobility team on case initiations and questions.
    • Maintain the NA People Shared Services immigration inbox.
    • Track 2022 visa extension responses for monthly reporting purposes. 
    • Manage and maintain LCA postings.
    • Track and handle Oracle alerts for H-1B holders.
    • Manage approval packages and immigration letters.
    • Oversee vendor invoices and work with the AP team for closure.
    • Future Responsibilities may adjust as US policy shifts or based on business demands.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

     

    • Work experience as an immigration specialist or paralegal supporting immigration filings in a law firm or corporate setting.
    • Partner for client impact by building stakeholder relationships at all levels by demonstrating our Core Values
    • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a professional manner.
    • Program/Project/Process Management skills & experience.
    • Very strong MS Office skills.
