Job Description

• Lead global, cross-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated client solutions that achieve measurable results for our clients 
• Own the delivery process end to end, overseeing continuous improvement and enacting changes when appropriate 
• Facilitate discussions at stand ups, agile/scrum ceremonies, and conflict resolution meetings 
• Work with product managers and the delivery team to ensure common priorities, manage dependencies and remove impediments 
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project issues and risks 
• Coach the team towards adopting and understanding scrum and work with other Scrum Masters and Program Managers to increase the effectiveness of the application in the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience with managing technical agile teams delivering software solutions is a must 
• Experience with managing offshore (India) teams is a must 
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) implementation is preferred 
• Well versed in Agile delivery methodology 
• Hands-on delivery experience working in Jira, Confluence
