We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Operations Manager who is passionate about data, automation, and AI.
Role Overview
As an individual contributor, you will lead best practices and fully activate our marketing database using our marketing automation platform. Your role will be crucial in implementing email campaigns and supporting multi-channel campaign tracking. You will partner with various marketing teams, driving optimization and automation opportunities to enhance our lead conversion strategies and lifecycle campaign automation programs.
Your Impact:
Enhance Campaign Effectiveness : Utilize the Pardot platform to its fullest potential, creating complex email workflows, rules, forms, and landing pages that drive impactful marketing campaigns. This includes driving data-driven decision-making through systematic A/B testing of email campaigns. Analyze results to refine and optimize future email strategies.
Drive Data-Driven Insights : Leverage your ability to query our marketing database, uncover insights that identify optimization opportunities, and implement changes that improve lead conversion strategies.
Optimize Lifecycle Campaigns : Execute and refine lifecycle campaign automation programs, ensuring email campaign setups, audience segmentation, and performance oversight meet evolving business and audience needs.
Adopt AI and Automation : Stay ahead of AI trends, introduce, and utilize them to significantly increase efficiency and effectiveness in our marketing operations. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in B2B marketing. Integrate new strategies and tools as appropriate.
Lead Program Management : Oversee marketing initiatives from inception to optimization, ensuring they align with broader business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work collaboratively with diverse teams, including Project Managers, Industry Marketers, Country Marketers, Solution Marketers, Performance Marketers, and designers, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Maintain Data Integrity : Uphold best practices in data governance, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance, which supports effective list segmentation and personalized marketing.
Measure and Report Success : Partner with the Analytics and Insights team to develop comprehensive reports on campaign performance, providing actionable insights that drive continuous improvement.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $175,000
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
