    Job Description

    We’re looking for a Recruitment Marketing Strategist to join our building employer brand and recruitment marketing team on the leading edge of recruitment marketing, building go-to-market strategies that fuse creativity, data, and an agile mindset to position our talent brand story across our global regions.

    With a keen understanding of your talent audience, you will also lead the development of targeted multi-channel marketing strategies, determining the right mix of digital media, content, experiences, etc. to build awareness, connect and convince active and passive talent to choose Publicis Sapient (PS) for their next career opportunity.

    YOUR IMPACT:

    • Build deep relationships with employees within your talent segment (your target audience).
    • Develop a deep understanding of your audience’s career aspirations, mindset, needs, challenges, and motivations.
    • Own and drive a marketing strategy that builds awareness, excitement, and consideration for your audience along the talent journey.
    • Work with our cross-functional marketing teams – creative, web development, content, media, social, analytics – to coordinate, execute, and iterate marketing plans and manage against key KPIs.
    • Proactively provide a strategic approach to support application volume and quality.
    • Manage contracts and payment processes for recurring and new vendors.

    YOU WILL ALSO BE SUPPORTED TO:

    • Conduct talent market research, understand the competitive landscape, and regional nuances.
    • Develop strategic briefs to provide insight and guidance for activation teams.
    • Develop marketing strategies, growing into owning the process from end-to-end.
    • Evaluate the impact of marketing tactics, provide guidance to optimize, and develop a storytelling approach to sharing data and insights.
    • Have a strategic big-picture thinking mindset developing a deep knowledge of current and future marketing, digital and social media trends.

    YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Experience in integrated multi-channel marketing
    • Some understanding of digital media, SEO, SEM, CRM, Mobile, social media platforms.
    • Previous experience in B2C, higher education or recruitment marketing.
    • Strong communications skills and able to influence others.
    • Have a high level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities.
    • Drive to learn and expand your capabilities.
    • Strong analytical skills.
