    Job Description

    As a Jr. Associate, People Shared Services (within the “Global People Center” function) responsibilities include supporting many of our tracks from an operations standpoint from new hires to life-cycle activities. You’ll balance compliance management, being the keeper of all people file/records and being the “go-to” person for many requests! This role is a great starting point for someone interested in HR and understanding the many facets involved!

    YOUR IMPACT:

    • Assisting with metrics and business report analyses
    • Personnel File Creation and maintenance
    • Employment Verifications
    • Team projects – ad hoc
    • Back-up support across life-cycle tracks
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

    • Strong client/customer service skills
    • Strong analytical bend = we're an Operations team!
    • Ability to evaluate priority and multi-task accordingly
    • Ability to write business correspondence
    • Ability to use judgment within defined practices and procedures, as well as handle projects which have short-term focus
    • Ability to address issues proactively and constructively with direct management and team members
    • Interest in process improvements and trouble shooting
    • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
    • Experience using HRIS systems a plus
    • An interest in a career in Human Resources!

    • Interest in Human Resources and willingness to learn all different areas in operations!
