    Job Description

    As a Lead UX Researcher, you will support our North America Experience Team, a cross-functional team of designers, product owners, and engineers, to evolve our B2B Spark platform. In this role, you will plan, design, and conduct both qualitative and quantitative studies to provide guidance and insights to the team on new and existing platform functionality. In addition, you will identify and share out key insights from research and testing activities, giving a voice to our company’s diverse customers in presentations to product and key business stakeholders.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Qualitative and quantitative UX research, including but not limited to surveys, user interviews, usability testing, and field studies
    • In-person and remote testing
    • Customer personas, experience maps, customer journeys, and task flows
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience with B2B or B2C digital experiences, both web and app, as a UX researcher
    • Degree in user experience, product design, human-computer interaction, cognitive science or equivalent
    • Experience working in an Agile environment, with the ability to adapt quickly to change in a fast-paced environment
    • Build a deep understanding of user behavior and turn qualitative and quantitative user research into insights to advise on strategic direction and generate opportunities for product optimization
    • Define, plan, and execute a research plan to support the overall product roadmap
    • Assist in establishing a culture of continuous improvement and innovation through user testing and validation
    • Collaborate across domains with stakeholders from product, experience, marketing, and analytics to better understand our customers and identify problems or opportunities for our team to focus on
    • Be a storyteller, communicating insights and findings across organizations to connect with and motivate internal audiences through journey maps, archetypes, and simple data visualizations
    • Document findings and assist in maintaining a knowledge repository of user data, analytics, KPIs, and business goals
