    Job Description

    As the Manager of Performance / Campaign Marketing, you will lead the design, build and execution of multi-touch campaigns that generate pipeline and accelerate revenue. You will create campaigns, implement testing strategies and continuously optimize performance. You will work across web, media, social, email, event and other channels to implement integrated campaign strategies while collaborating with leaders across the GTM organization (brand, industry, product, partner & country). You must be comfortable collaborating across functions and analyzing campaign data to improve performance.
    You will manage performance against a defined set of campaign KPIs and be responsible for driving leads, conversion, pipeline and revenue growth. You will also work closely with the Technology team to define requirements for and optimize our analytics and MarTech strategy.
    You will report into the Director of Performance Marketing and will work alongside the Director to build and stand-up a newly formed, global team.
    This role requires a growth mindset – someone who is constantly consuming and understanding audience insights, buyer trends, market research and data forecasts—in the hope to construct the best possible campaign journey and experience for our audiences. This person is a self-starter, motivated and a natural collaborator. This person understands the importance of both a digital and traditional multi-channel approach but is also not afraid to try new marketing tactics in the spirit of growth.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    •Minimum 7 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on performance marketing.
    •Proven track record of successfully building and launching integrated global marketing campaigns. Ability to translate audience and data insights into meaningful strategies that accelerate pipeline and revenue.
    •Experience leading growth initiatives. Strong emotional intelligence – models’ empathy and leads with passion. Comfortable with change management.
    •Exceptional collaboration skills – can skillfully coordinate and problem solve across cross-functional teams and fosters highly productive local and global relationships.
    •Strong understanding of the digital channel ecosystem and how to partner with marketing ops, paid media, social and web to develop unique amplification opportunities.
    •Experience with managing and analyzing customer databases to optimize segmentation and personalization marketing efforts.
    •Strong understanding of CRM / Salesforce and marketing automation platforms (Pardot).
    •Strong business acumen and strategic thinking – ability to adjust strategies based on performance results.
    •Experience managing contractors, vendors, and media agencies.
    •Bachelor’s degree

    Additional Information

    Pay Range: $90,000 - $130,000

    The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
