SCOPE OF WORK
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED
After much anticipation, the former 3-day PADM Basics curriculum has been transformed into a robust, 7-week cohort program that is more learner-pulled than facilitator pushed. The Learning and Analytics team within HR is seeking Project Administrators (PADMs) to serve as training facilitators for the virtual webinar series. The facilitator is not expected to be a content expert for all the material outlined in the curriculum. Instead, the facilitator must understand how the course material is applied to the project administration function and should draw from personal experience to support the participant throughout the process.
A successful candidate is someone who has been in the project administration role for a minimum of one year and has weathered the complexities of the annual budget process. Applicants must have demonstrated knowledge of the project administration function and can articulate how this role shows up throughout the entire project life cycle. Core competencies include:
Since the audience of this curriculum is for new or current employees entering the project administrator role at PATH, applicants must be able to articulate how the competencies highlighted above link to PATH’s current systems and tools (Salesforce, Business World, PATH’s Organizational Policy Portal, Screensteps and SharePoint etc), to enable effective information sharing across the systems and enable better project management.
You do not have to have virtual training experience to apply. As part of this assignment, you will go through a two-week train-the-trainer program where you will build virtual training skills and learn more about the program. However, the following transferrable skills are preferred:
