    POSITION SUMMARY:

    This role will be hybrid in our Irvington, NY office As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for the validating of new features, functionalities, and enhancements for back-end and internal applications. You will also be involved in Testing Ecommerce platform. • Participates in requirements & use case/user reviews • Provides accurate and justifiable estimates for testing • You will be responsible for creating, and executing the Test scenario, analyze test results, document defects, and validate bug fixes • During testing all entry and exit criteria needs to be fulfilled and needs to work towards keeping testing on schedule • Ensures adherence to standardized QA policies, processes, and documentation standards • This position involves strong collaboration with multiple groups in IT, vendors, and business • Coordinates onshore and offshore testing and vendors

     

    Required Skills Required Experience

    EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.

    • Must have minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in QA • QA/testing tool training and certification, preferred • Proficient on system testing techniques and testing tools and ability to estimate test effort • Experience with relational and document-oriented databases • Ability to identify and track defects • Monitor/measure testing progress using Kanban board. • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills • Proficient in software testing methodologies and software development life cycle process • Experience with test automation using Selenium and/or related automation framework a plus • Experience in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Share point • Previous retail experience good to have • Good documentation skills

     

    The hiring salary range for this role is $70k- 80k/Yr. dependent upon experience and qualifications.  In addition, we offer competitive benefits including a generous clothing allowance and a wellness reimbursement program.
