    PSP seeks an experienced, team-oriented office manager to oversee daily operations, supervise and provide coverage for the client care team, provide excellent customer service to both clinicians and clients and manage administrative tasks and projects as needed. The office manager works closely with the owner of the practice to improve and implement office protocols and procedures, handle high-level customer service issues, and maintain clinician credentials. This role can be part-time (a minimum of 25 hours) up to full-time. The office manager is expected to be on-site at our offices in Madison Valley at least four days a week, with a fifth flex day to work from home. Hours are flexible, between the hours of 7:30 AM – 7 PM Monday through Friday. Benefits: • Competitive hourly wage ($26-$30/hour) commensurate with experience • PTO/sick time • 13 paid holidays • Health and dental insurance • Flexible work hours • Supportive and collaborative work environment Responsibilities: • Overseeing the maintenance of the physical office space • Communicating with clinicians and clients • Supervising administrative staff and delegating tasks as needed • Improving, implementing, and maintaining office protocols and procedures • Assisting with maintaining clinician credentialing documents • Onboarding new clinicians and employees • Maintaining client files • Collaborating with the billing team to resolve issues as needed • Managing community relationships such as referral sources and local partners • Providing coverage for client care team when needed • Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations Qualifications: Required qualifications: • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field • Previous administrative work • Strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail • Strong communication skills, ability to communicate sensitively with different personality types • Self-starter and team player • Ability to work onsite at our office in Madison Valley Preferred qualifications (not required): • Experience working in a clinical office setting • Supervisory experience • Knowledge of mental health practices and ethics • Knowledge of medical billing Compensation: $26 - $30 hourly
