Job Description
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to join our team! This role supports the sales manager in all aspects of store activities - from sales and team management to store maintenance. RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage the retail store environment
Mentor and train new team-members
Work with sales and production personnel to improve store results and execute company strategies
Deliver friendly, helpful, and professional customer service
Ensure positive relationships with customers, vendors, and other service providers
Maintain environmental, health, and safety standards and quality controls
Ability to work retail store hours, including overtime, weekends, and some holidays
Implement and maintain company policies and standards
Perform all retail functions within the store environment, as needed
