Job Description
Pulmonary Associates is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant performs a wide range of administrative and office support tasks for the administrator and managers to facilitate the efficient operations of the company. Qualified candidates must have a college degree, be dependable, have excellent communication and computer skills, be organized and detailed oriented. Strong proficiency in MS Word, MS Teams, MS Excel, and MS Outlook required. Experience preparing contracts and agreements preferred.
Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
Maintain schedules and calendars
Coordinate administrative correspondence
Provide assistance with preparation for meetings
Prepare contracts and agreements
Assist the administrator with special projects
Maintain files in current filing system
Handles sensitive information in a confidential manner
General office duties as needed
