Job Summary

We are seeking a Physician Assistant or APRN to join our team on a part time or full time basis! As an advanced practice provider, you will have responsibilities to round in several facilities within the post-acute setting. The ideal candidate has an excellent bedside manner, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Rounding and charting on post acute patients.

Driving to 2-3 facilities per day within the coverage area.

Work closely with other providers within and outside our group.
