    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

    • Develop short term and long-term brand strategies across all channels including Club, Retail, Ethnic and Food Services for plant-based protein category
    • Develop and maintain a 3-year product category strategy to support growth and profitability targets
    • Support the product category growth strategy through consumer, market & brand understanding
    • Manage product lifecycle including SKU rationalization and PEM (Product Excellence Management)
    • Perform competitor analysis and develop defensive and offensive plans
    • Research and track market competitive trends to remain abreast of product category developments
    • Set and manage P&L targets by categories and channels
    • Execute NPD (New Product Development) process
    • Develop and execute marketing plans
    • Develop strategies to communicate with consumers
    • Execute marketing plan in conjunction with agencies
    • Develop & implement in-store promotion plan
    • Manage website, bloggers, and social medial contents
    • Develop and direct marketing sales collaterals, such as sell sheet or brochure; ensure proper inventory is properly kept
    • Develop annual marketing budget
    • Deliver all marketing activities within budget
    • Conduct market research to identify market requirements for current and new products

    SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Marketing, Advertising or Business Administration
    • MBA preferred
    • Bilingual in Korean
    • Minimum 10 years of previous experience in CPG marketing (large and small firms)
    • Proficient skills in MS Office with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
    • Food industry experience is a plus
    • Experience managing P&L, media, and budget required.
    • Must be able to create, execute and manage a sound marketing plan
    • Influencing skills and team player; be able to manage and motivate people
    • International travel required
