This position is temporary and project based for 4-5 months.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity
• Collaborate with the project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle
• Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
• Coordinate efforts within the team, cross functional and outside vendors/consultants efficiently
• Provide updates and progress reports
• Monitor budget and help ensure resources are used efficiently
• Help discern requirements and assign tasks to team members
• Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email
• Support with other administrative duties as assigned

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite in Outlook, Word, Excel and PPT
• Able to work independently with little supervision
• Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Some engineering or architectural background required
• Bilingual Korean required
