This position is temporary and project based for 4-5 months.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity
- Collaborate with the project team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle
- Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met
- Coordinate efforts within the team, cross functional and outside vendors/consultants efficiently
- Provide updates and progress reports
- Monitor budget and help ensure resources are used efficiently
- Help discern requirements and assign tasks to team members
- Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and email
- Support with other administrative duties as assigned
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Keen attention to detail and an aptitude for problem-solving
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite in Outlook, Word, Excel and PPT
- Able to work independently with little supervision
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Some engineering or architectural background required
- Bilingual Korean required
