We are expanding and currently seeking recruiters to staff Healthcare Professionals for contract positions across entire USA. https://pulsehealthinc.com/ Responsibilities for Healthcare Professional Recruiter - Build relationships with qualified Healthcare Professionals for nationwide contract opportunities. - Educate Healthcare prospects on benefits of travel opportunities with Pulse Healthcare. - Generate leads through various recruiting channels, strategic planning and referrals - Contacts Healthcare Professionals through a variety of sources, including but not limited to employee referrals, web site, social media, internet job boards, job fairs, and cold calling. - Execute outbound calls to Healthcare Professionals to effectively build a strong pipeline. - Manage applicant database in order to effectively track and follow up on all sourced candidates - Follow-up with existing Healthcare Professionals and potential candidates. - Conduct initial screening interviews and submit profiles of qualified candidates - Compiling Pay Packages - Maintaining active social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc) - Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement - Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals - Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency - Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service Qualifications - Ideal candidate must possess a strong professional presence and a proven ability to effectively communicate with professionals. - Must possess excellent listening skills. - Financially driven, energetic, and confident. - Has integrity. - Experience in Cold Calling. - Strong customer service. - Ability to problem solve. - Strong Follow up skills. - Organized and strong attention to detail. - A positive team player. - Ability to develop and execute sourcing strategies for the recruitment of experienced professionals from all educational levels and backgrounds. - Strong technical skills to implement tools provided by company, i.e.; ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), Job Boards, Social Media and mobile technology. - Bachelor's degree preferred. - Prior experience in healthcare staffing is not required.
