    Job Description

    We’re looking for a creative jack-of-all-trades.  

    This full-time associate-level position reports to the Multimedia Manager and will work cross-functionally with all creative team members to support the multimedia department with selecting images, designing graphics, photo editing, composites, illustrations, and preparing print and digital graphics.

    Other responsibilities included but not limited to; design and production of web design services, photography and photo editing, video graphics, support with filming, pre and post-production, submission, and coordination with media sources and vendors. Assists with audience research and develops creative briefs and design concepts to meet client objectives.

    The working hours for this full-time position are on an alternative work schedule  between 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Thursday. The office atmosphere is an open workspace and requires someone who can work in a fast-paced agency environment, maintain focus and speed without too many distractions, to meet deadlines and client expectations. 

    YOUR JOB DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

    • Support creative services, design projects, monitor schedules, track and report on project lead times and balance deadlines without sacrificing quality.

    • Assist in client onboarding process assigning and briefing designers on projects. Follow up when necessary to make sure work is on schedule and on track for creative presentations.

    • Act as a concierge to the Project Management team. Assist all in finding resources, images, content, audio, graphics and other elements to ensure every project is a masterpiece.

    • Research and propose to Senior Management streamlined and cost-effective creative processes, resources and technology.

    • Individual weekly meetings with creative and internal team members to encourage collaboration, open communication and establish expectations.

    • Support web and digital team to manage all digital design projects, provide insight and guide creative based on best practices.

    • Support photography, filming and video production projects by leading creative meetings, conducting photo-shoots, developing design requirements and expectations, storyboarding, scripts and casting.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Experience: Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent years of experience, agency experience is a plus.

    • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Animator  Premiere, Lightroom, and After Effects a plus.

    • Strong problem-solving skills with a creative approach and openness to wearing multiple hats

    • Ability to adapt style and designs to meet branding criteria and requirements

    • Excited to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse learning techniques

    • Able to Adapt to the needs of Marketing or any design requirements

    • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks

    • Experience with taking a concept from conceptualization to production.

    • Ability to communicate openly and give and receive feedback.
