PulsePoint's HCP365 is a MEASUREMENT SOLUTION that provides a complete, ALWAYS ON VIEW of HCP audience engagement across all DIGITAL TOUCH-POINTS. This gives marketers and researchers unprecedented access to data insights and reporting used to inform and optimize investment decisions.
A BIT ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the ACCOUNT MANAGER on HCP365 (our first data product under the Signal umbrella), you will get to lead and manage large scale onboarding and integration projects at the intersection of data and healthcare. You will have a hand in defining the future of the Signal product line, and work with the world's top healthcare clients on innovative data-driven applications that lead to real world health outcomes.
You will be responsible for the GROWTH AND RETENTION of high profile Brand Direct Signal clients. Youll help both existing and prospective Signal clients and partners understand the full power of the platform, explain technical features, help with new solution onboarding, and roll out proof of concepts. Youll proactively collect client and market feedback on an ongoing basis and work with Strategy, Product, Operations, Analytics and Engineering to address the market needs.
SPECIFICALLY, HERES SOME THINGS WELL WANT YOU TO GET DONE:
- Develop & strengthen our relationships with clients, become a trusted advisor and serve as the point person for all post-sales client requests;
- Manage all HCP365 reports, insights and data delivery to the client in a timely fashion;
- Help clients find new ways to make use of Signal data;
- Grow and retain client relationships and book of business;
- Serve as the technical subject matter expert on the platform;
- Support the Signal sales team on technical sales;
- Coordinate with cross-functional departments to develop and execute client strategy and identify growth opportunities
REQUIREMENTS
WHAT ARE THE MUST HAVES WERE LOOKING FOR?
- Deep understanding of digital new media/marketing and how data drives key decisions (a data background is key for this role);
- Candidates with a background in health data segments move to the front of the line;
- Incredible customer success management and servicing skills;
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and, more importantly, grow existing revenue streams;
- High aptitude for technical problem solving (we need that hacker/hustler mentality)
- Youll hit the ground running here if you come from an agency analytics/business intelligence group, with health data experience and a sales engineering background.
