This position will work alongside our growing internal team, better known as Mission Control. Think of Mission Control as the brain center of Pump It Up and BounceU! This team functions as the behind the scenes support for all franchise owners and corporate stores.

Can you do the following?

• Act as the first point of contact at the Corporate office for # of stores
• Provide a creative and innovative approach to increase stores' success
• Troubleshoot various problems/networking issues remotely
• Assist in training on proprietary technology and more
• Respond to questions, comments, and concerns

Please note that all applicants must be able to work out of our home office in Scottsdale, AZ. In 2020, we will be relocating East of Downtown Phoenix. All candidates must be able to commute to both offices as remote opportunities will not be offered upon office relocation.
