Job Summary

We are seeking a Punch Press Operator to join our team. In this role, you will use a mechanical punch press to fabricate steel form ties for use in concrete construction. You will ensure the machinery operates continuously and efficiently. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and detail-oriented. This is an entry-level position with major growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

Perform routine safety and maintenance checks prior to each production cycle.

Calibrate, adjust settings, and clean machines to ensure good operating conditions

Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production

Feed raw materials through machines

Monitor output to ensure it meets quality control standards

Qualifications

High school diploma/GED

Previous experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required

Familiarity with industrial machinery and production procedures is preferred but not required

Attention to detail and excellent hand-eye coordination

Ability to adhere to all safety rules and regulations

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
