Purchase Partners is looking for a self-starter, motivated and detail-oriented person to work in small office environment in Bridgeton, MO. Good keyboarding skills a must. Job is significantly researching companies online and updating internal databases for purchasing and sales departments, and email marketing through contact manager and Constant Contact.

Candidate will research:

names and capabilities of overseas suppliers online, create databases to assist in qualifying new prospective suppliers.

names of potential customers, update databases

Candidate will also update existing customer contact info in database with current emails, web address, buyer names and emails.

Candidate will help qualify overseas suppliers, sending requests for quote (RFQ), analyzing costs, and capabilities. Coordinating with Purchasing and Management.

Candidate will maintain log of all work to be submitted to management to review daily.

Job requires approximately 20 hours per week, onsite. Hours are flexible Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 4 PM.
