    Job Summary:

    We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Agent to purchase goods and services necessary for our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be business oriented. The candidate will need to analyze quotes from multiple venders and determine the best value.

    Job Responsibilities:

    · Develop profitable purchasing strategies.

    · Assess supplier profiles and analyze offers.

    · Prepare and implement effective negotiation tactics.

    · Manage relationships with key suppliers to maintain quality of goods, timely delivery, and compliance to terms of contracts.

    · Keep updated records.

    Requirements and skills:

    · Proven experience as a manufacturing purchasing agent or relevant role

    · Experience in negotiating prices, terms, and conditions.

    · Knowledge of data analysis and purchasing best practices

    · Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP software

    · Excellent communication and people skills

    · A strong analytical mindset

    · Outstanding organizational skills

    Education:

    · High School Diploma Required

    · Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
