    Job Summary:

    Duties/Responsibilities:

    Collaborates with other departments and leadership to identify and develop needs and requirements for equipment, materials, products, and acceptable substitutions.

    Scheduling and verifying purchase deliveries.

    Prepares and processes purchase orders for materials and supplies.

    Resolves grievances with vendors and suppliers.

    Maintains purchasing and recordkeeping systems.

    Provides vendor performance for order fulfillment, material back-order tracking.

    Material returns tracking.

    Coordinates all material return authorizations and verify credit memos are applied.

    Informing the sales teams about any delays/backorders or discontinuations on their orders and find crossovers or other sources as needed.

    Maintain product file with accurate pricing and information.

    Maintain product Levels

    ​Calling the vendor or the rep to find any possible solutions to price increases or delays or if there are replacement/crossovers for discontinued products. 

    Updating notes in both the inventory and order entry modules of RFMS with information pertaining to that order.

    ​Verifying pricing and quantities are correct on the confirmations we receive back from vendors and updating the po with the new information, reference numbers and promise dates. 

    ​Performs other duties as assigned.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
