Responsibilities

Receive and request purchase orders, adjustments, and cancellations

Use of an ERP system to retrieve customer information, inventory, and order status

Provide customer support for pricing and shipping status

Maintain updates to open purchase orders

Track company inventory demands and physical inventory

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

Proficient computer skills

Excellent organizational skills

Strong oral and written communication

Basic customer service experience
