Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reports to Purchasing Director and Office Manager
- Assists in issuing purchase orders and processing all ordering paperwork, including receiving documents
- maintains awareness of inventory levels working with Warehouse Manager and Purchasing Director
- Maintains purchase data on spreadsheets and through Quickbooks as required
- Finds prospective new vendors and assists in proper evaluation
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office Proficient: Excel, Word, Outlook
- Quickbooks proficiency
- Experience in purchasing preferred
- Ability to source vendors via internet searches
