    We are seeking a Purchasing Assistant who possesses outstanding customer service skills, consultative selling abilities, and a genuine enthusiasm for engaging with people.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Leadership: Creating a positive work environment and fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

    Time management: Managing time effectively to meet deadlines and protocols.

    Cost Tracking: Manage tracking departmental spending and ensure that all purchases align with budgetary constraints and procurement policies.

    Please Note: (Cross Collaboration with Warehouse Man

    Order Processing: Assist in creating purchase orders, ensuring accurate data entry and timely processing of orders for materials.

    Supplier/Technician/Dept. Management Communication: Liaise b/w suppliers, technicians and dept. managers to track order status, purchasing back order, delivery timelines.

    Data Entry & Reporting: Oversee inputting procurement data into the company's inventory and purchasing systems per vendor price increase/decrease of materials (Including prices discrepancy)

    Order Follow-up: Track open orders/purchasing back orders and ensure they are delivered on time, proactively communicating any delays or changes to internal teams.

    Excludes: Warehouse Pulls/Runs/Warehouse purchasing (Warehouse Manager Job)

    Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all purchasing activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations. Prepare regular reports for senior management on procurement activities, savings, and supplier performance.

    Document Management: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts for compliance and auditing purposes.

    What you need to be successful in this role:

    · Approachable and appropriate demeanor while interacting with all levels of staff in a rapidly changing environment.

    · Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with suppliers and internal teams.

    · Proficiency in Service Titan software.

    · Full knowledge of inventory management and purchasing processes.

    · Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.

    · Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

    · Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

    · The ability to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects.

    · Proactivity with problem-solving and decision-making

    · Reliability with attendance standards.

    · Willing to work LONG hours when necessary.

    · Willing to make MISTAKES and LEARN.

    Qualifications:

    · High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.

    · 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support.

    · Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain principles.

    · Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); experience with ERP systems is a plus.

    · Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

    · Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.

    SCHEDULE:

    • Availability to work Monday- Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM (or until daily task are complete)

    SALARY:

    • Competitive salary ranging from $37,440 to $42,000 based on experience and knowledge.
