    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and manage purchasing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
    • Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate pricing and terms.
    • Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to prevent shortages.
    • Review and analyze purchase orders for accuracy and compliance with company policies.
    • Assist in developing and implementing purchasing strategies to optimize costs.
    • Collaborate with various departments to forecast purchasing needs and trends.
    • Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
    • Prepare reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a similar industry.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and purchasing software.
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
