    Position Summary

    You are …

    Locate and provide part procurement for products as required by our customers. Procure orders for products needed to complete customers’ build. Communicate with internal and external customers to resolve questions and issues that could cause delays for the customer.

    Knowledge, Skill Sets, Education, Experience

    What you’ll need:

    Required:

    • Advanced proficiency in MS-Office. Especially Excel
    • Excellent communications skills, both written and oral.
    • Strong organization skills.
    • Highly focused and attentive to detail.

    Desired :

    • 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry

    What you’ll do:

    • Makes purchasing decisions based on supplier availability, price, customer needs, and business policy
    • Identify purchasing for products in support of customer requests in a timely manner.
    • Review Quote and purchasing parts and boards on a per job basis
    • Maintain productivity measurements including number of booked jobs completed per day, cycle time, and buy/quote ratio
    • Purchase/source parts needed to complete the build of the product using the customers approved BOM and purchasing procedures.
    • Researching, resolving, and communicating all production HOLDS to venders, sales, and to any other departments as needed.

    Schedule:

    Monday-Friday

    8:00am-5:00pm
