Responsibilities:

Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure quality materials at competitive pricing

Issue and manage purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement to meet operational demands

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure reliable supply chains

Track and reconcile deliveries, invoices, and purchase order discrepancies

Collaborate with internal teams to forecast purchasing needs and manage lead times

Identify cost-saving opportunities and support continuous improvement in procurement processes

Requirements:

Prior experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management preferred

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills

Proficiency in purchasing software, ERP systems, or Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Experience in construction, building materials, or specialty products is a plus
