We’re looking for someone to take full ownership of our purchasing and material logistics operation, with a strong understanding of tile and flooring materials.

This is not just a purchasing role — it requires someone who understands the details behind the materials we install and how they impact the job.

What You’ll Own

Material purchasing across multiple active projects

Vendor coordination, pricing, and order accuracy

Reviewing selections and understanding material requirements (tile, stone, setting materials, trims, etc.)

Tracking ETAs and ensuring materials arrive on time

Managing warehouse organization and material flow

Coordinating with Estimating, Design, and Superintendents

Handling material reseiving, returns, shortages, and substitutions proactively

Keeping clear communication on order status and risks

What We’re Looking For

Experience in tile / flooring industry (required)

Strong understanding of tile materials, formats, and installation components

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Strong sense of accountability (you own your deadlines)

Proactive communicator — flags issues before they become problems

Able to manage multiple projects at once without dropping the ball

Familiarity with Procore is a plus
