HUNTSVILLE TOYOTA is looking for motivated and caring individuals who would like to perform at the highest level as a BUSINESS OFFICE ASSOCIATE. BUSINESS OFFICE ASSOCIATES work within the administration office in our dealership handling a wide variety of administrative duties. As a BUSINESS OFFICE ASSOCIATE, you will play a crucial role in our administration office in a team setting!

WHAT YOU’LL DO: 

• Provides administrative support to the dealership
• Carries out duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning, etc
• Exhibits polite and professional communication via phone, email, and mail
• Ensures the correct processing of all internal documents
• Supports team by performing tasks related to organization and strong communication

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: 

• Reliable, organized, detail-oriented
• Desire to continuously develop and learn
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Bilingual (A plus)
• High School Diploma or General Education Experience (GED) (REQUIRED)
• Pass Pre-Employment drug screening 
• Pass Background Check
