    The Pure Barre DC studios (Dupont Circle, Capitol Hill, Cathedral Commons) are looking for dynamic and confident individuals that are high performers with a passion for fitness to join our team.

    POSITION: Sales Associates assist the General Manager with studio operations and sales. Sales Associates are responsible for driving multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail. In addition to building client relationships and facilitating a positive studio environment, Sales Associates also assist with retaining members and grassroots marketing.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Drive and retain retail and membership sales

    Lead generation including grassroots marketing and networking

    Contact prospects/leads to schedule classes and enroll them in a membership

    Provide an exceptional level of customer service at the studio to existing members via face-to-face service, phone, and email

    Become proficient at ClubReady software to troubleshoot client account inquiries and possible sales opportunities

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio

    Enforce studio policies and procedures

    Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature are stocked and visible

    Take pictures for social media platforms

    Other duties as assigned

    REQUIREMENTS:

    Self-motivated and takes initiate

    Warm, welcoming, and engaging personality

    Ability to build strong customer relationships

    Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail

    Ability to work a flexible schedule with nights and weekend availability

    Authorization to work in the United States required

    COMPENSATION & PERKS:

    Hourly compensation with sales commissions
