    SALES CONSULTANT

    We are looking for a self-driven, highly motivated, and caring Patient Sales Consultant to join our team at a busy Plastic Surgery Office in South Miami. Previous experience in plastic surgery is not needed, but a solid sales background is a must.  We are looking for the person with the right personality and drive to fit our high pace collaborative environment.  Excellent communication, customer service, and team building skills required. Bilingual (Spanish and English) required. Sales experience required. Experience with scheduling software preferred. Company offers competitive base salary, commission, and benefits.

    We perform body contouring plastic surgery, which includes but is not limited to Brazilian Butt Lifts, Lipo 360, Tummy Tucks and Breast Procedures. The Patient Consultant (PC) will engage in phone inquiries and face-to- face consultations with potential and/or current patients from initial inquiry to follow-up. The PC will represent the practice and establish a positive rapport with patients.

    POSITION SUMMARY

    The PSC will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, including online consultations and subsequent follow-up in converting patients to surgery. As a part of this process, the PSC will educate patients on proposed treatment care plans, including payment options. In addition, this position will be responsible for managing interactions with patient. The PSC will work in conjunction with the Surgeons and clinical staff in establishing and achieving agreed upon goals. This individual will work closely with all staff members, in a highly collaborative environment, to ensure that patient needs, and practice goals are met.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Respond to inquiries (via phone, email, and lead management system) regarding procedures.
    • Assess needs. Consult with and present benefits and features of services and procedures.
    • Provide image consultations.
    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
    • Follow-up consultations with phone calls, texts, and emails.
    • Provide weekly tracking reports on New Patient consultation status
    • Book surgical procedures.
    • Contact patients who did not schedule surgery to evaluate & retain patient by recommending other services.
    • Maintain contact with patients throughout entire experience to ensure a positive experience.
    • Proactively develop outside contacts.

    JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME

    PAY RANGE: $50,000-60,000 salary 

    SCHEDULE:

    • 8 hour shift
    • Monday to Friday
    • Hybrid Position (after 90 days)

    SUPPLEMENTAL PAY TYPES:

    • Bonus pay
    • Commission pay (1.5% of total surgery value)
