SALES CONSULTANT
We are looking for a self-driven, highly motivated, and caring Patient Sales Consultant to join our team at a busy Plastic Surgery Office in South Miami. Previous experience in plastic surgery is not needed, but a solid sales background is a must. We are looking for the person with the right personality and drive to fit our high pace collaborative environment. Excellent communication, customer service, and team building skills required. Bilingual (Spanish and English) required. Sales experience required. Experience with scheduling software preferred. Company offers competitive base salary, commission, and benefits.
We perform body contouring plastic surgery, which includes but is not limited to Brazilian Butt Lifts, Lipo 360, Tummy Tucks and Breast Procedures. The Patient Consultant (PC) will engage in phone inquiries and face-to- face consultations with potential and/or current patients from initial inquiry to follow-up. The PC will represent the practice and establish a positive rapport with patients.
POSITION SUMMARY
The PSC will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, including online consultations and subsequent follow-up in converting patients to surgery. As a part of this process, the PSC will educate patients on proposed treatment care plans, including payment options. In addition, this position will be responsible for managing interactions with patient. The PSC will work in conjunction with the Surgeons and clinical staff in establishing and achieving agreed upon goals. This individual will work closely with all staff members, in a highly collaborative environment, to ensure that patient needs, and practice goals are met.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
