Customer Service Representative
Position Reports to the Customer Service Manager
JOB LOCATION: REMOTE JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME
This CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE position is responsible for assisting our customers on the phone and via e-mail. Communicate with customers, enter and review orders, provide order statuses, answer basic product inquiries, respond to e-mails, resolve issues, and route calls as needed to provide an excellent customer experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Enter customer sales orders
· Check status of orders
· Answer customer e-mails (questions, addressing concerns)
· Navigate internal and external web-site for customer issue resolution
· Work with external departments to obtain information regarding missing components, solutions for issues and product questions
· Process RMAs and technical support requests
· Execute and uphold company policies (attendance, punctuality), build good, strong relations with customer base
