    We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Landscaping Install Foreman to join our team. As a Landscaping Install Foreman, you will play a crucial role in leading our landscaping installation crews and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and professionalism.

    Responsibilities:

    Lead and supervise landscaping installation crews to ensure work is performed efficiently and safely.

    Oversee all aspects of landscaping installation projects, including hardscape and softscape installations.

    Manage and coordinate project schedules, materials, and equipment.

    Ensure compliance with landscaping plans, specifications, and quality standards.

    Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and productivity.

    Collaborate with project managers to communicate project progress and any potential issues.

    Maintain and inspect tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.

    Monitor project budgets and work to control costs.

    Uphold safety standards and promote a culture of safety among the team.

    Qualifications:

    Proven experience in landscaping installation, with at least 2 years in a leadership or foreman role.

    Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and equipment.

    Ability to read and interpret landscaping plans and blueprints.

    Excellent leadership and communication skills.

    Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

    Time management and organizational skills.

    Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.

    Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the landscaping industry.

    Bi-lingual is a plus, not a requirement.
