    PureGreen is seeking a skilled and experienced Spray Technician to join our team in providing exceptional commercial landscape maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have experience applying fertilizer, pesticides, herbicides, and other chemicals on turf, as well as flowers and plant material. The Spray Technician will be responsible for ensuring that all applications are performed safely, efficiently, and effectively.

    Responsibilities:

    Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides to turf according to schedule.

    Apply fertilizers and pesticides to flowers and plant material as needed.

    Calibrate equipment and adjust application rates according to manufacturer instructions.

    Follow established safety procedures and practices at all times.

    Maintain accurate records of chemical applications and maintain inventory of chemicals and equipment.

    Communicate effectively with the Crew Foreman and other team members to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively.

    Be responsive to customer needs and requests and represent PureGreen in a professional manner at all times.

    Participate in training sessions and ongoing professional development to improve knowledge and skills.

    Requirements:

    At least 1-2 years of experience as a Spray Technician in the commercial landscaping industry or a similar field, OR 2-3 years of experience as a Crew Foreman.

    Must have a valid driver's license.

    Willingness to study and learn about new chemicals and applications as needed.

    Ability to calibrate and operate spray equipment and accurately apply chemicals.

    Hard working and eager to learn and grow.

    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

    Strong work ethic and dependability.

    Positive attitude and customer service skills.

    Reliable transportation to and from the shop.

    Willingness to work flexible hours, including Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed.

    Physical Demands:

    Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

    Must be able to perform physical labor, including bending, kneeling, and reaching.

    Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
