    THE OPPORTUNITY:

    Looking to launch a career in tech sales? PureSpectrum is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help fuel new business growth throughout the sales organization. This is an exciting opportunity to accelerate your career by joining a hyper-growth company and highly successful sales team.

    As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating net-new qualified leads and opportunities for the new business sales team. In close collaboration with sales and marketing, the ideal candidate will take part in cold and warm outreach campaigns, build and establish relationships within prospective accounts and most importantly define a strategic business approach to maximize their pipeline. The job requires high activity volume on a daily basis, strategic thinking, and a willingness to collaborate and grow.

    LOCATION: Westlake Village, CA or New Orleans, LA

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Sourcing and qualifying quality leads for the new business sales team

    • Maintaining high activity volumes through cold outreach by email and calls.

    • Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of all PureSpectrum platforms and services (training provided)

    • Acquire and maintain general market research industry knowledge

    • Meet and/or exceed quarterly sales targets

    • Maintain accurate and timely forecasts within the CRM

    • Collaborate with Account Managers, Business Development, and Marketing to drive a consistent and effective message to our prospects.

    REQUIREMENTS: 

    • Desire to pursue a career in sales or prior sales experience, a plus.

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent education/professional experience preferred

    • Commitment to lifelong learning and continuous development

    • Excellent and effective verbal and written communication skills

    • Strong follow-through skills

    • Well-developed time management and multi-tasking skills

    • Proficiency with Google Suite, MS Word & Excel and familiarity with CRM based solutions (i.e, Pipedrive, Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.)
