    Description of the position:

    This role will be a combination of IT support and administration, in addition to working on security and compliance initiatives as needed to support the growth and development of PuroSystems, LLC. This role is pivotal in terms of supporting our franchisees and home office employees, whether remote or in the office.

    Responsibilities for this new role are listed below:

    Responsibilities:

    · Respond to and resolve issues related to franchisee operations.

    · Escalate as necessary any security or compliance issues.

    · Administer emails and O365.

    · Work with 3rd party vendors for IT, or infrastructure.

    · Support cloud migration.

    · Respond to issues reported or escalated within a timely manner.

    · Identify new and improvements for processes.

    Skills

    Required

    · General networking and network protocols

    · Active Directory

    · Windows configuration/management

    · Windows Server,

    · Firewalls and VPN

    · Familiarity with scripting

    · Ability to operate independently.

    · Project planning

    · MS Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Outlook configuration

    Nice to have

    · Azure and cloud services

    · SQL experience

    · Network+ or CCNA

    · Any Microsoft certificates
