PuroClean Disaster Restoration of Charleston, SC is seeking a Water/Fire Property Damage Lead Technician with IICRC WTR Water Certification and at least 1+ year experience in this industry.

Responsibilities:

Train, motivate and lead mitigation crew and report to the Project Manager

Perform activities including demolition, cleaning, restorative drying, fire and smoke damage remediation, cleaning and deodorization, content cleaning & pack out and other specialized cleaning.

Coordinate and perform disaster response services, meet with customers to evaluate loss, scope and implement appropriate mitigation procedures

Willing to work a flexible schedule and participate in a rotational on-call schedule

Qualified Candidates must possess the following:

Experience in disaster restoration industry a must!

IICRC Certification in WTR – Water a must! Willingness and ability to obtain Fire and other IICRC certifications within one year. We pay for training.

Ability to estimate a claim's loss utilizing xactimate is a plus!

Pay: Pay is $22 - $25 hour depending on experience
