Build and maintain relationships with facility managers and insurance professionals in the Charleston, Berkeley & Dorchester counties. This is a full-time position.     Primary responsibilities of Business Development Representative: · Meet and exceed sales quota by executing our sales system.

    · Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and centers of influence using face-to-face, phone, or e-mail

    · Being able to make cold calls is a must.

    · Build stronger relationships with potential clients.

    · Update sales routes and marketing activities (a client list is provided but continually changes)

    · Update information in our contact management system

    · Attend trainings and meetings

    · Participate in professional associations and networking events

    · Coordinate marketing activities and events

    · Set up weekly lunch and learns and promote continued education courses.

    · Valid driver's license (to drive the company’s vehicle during business hours).

    · Successfully pass a background check.

    · 3 + years of experience in outside sales a must. Must have a proven track record of successful sales experience. · Existing relationships with property managers or with insurance professionals is a plus. Existing relationships with contractors & builders is a plus.
