We are a national disaster restoration company that helps families and businesses get back on their feet after property damage. We want you as part of the team to lead all aspects of disaster restoration/reconstruction project including; performing parts of reconstruction services on homes and businesses, estimating jobs, managing subcontractors, and interacting with customers and insurance adjusters. The ideal candidate will be technically savvy, have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and have a great work ethic.

    Description:

    A growing disaster restoration and cleaning company is look to hire a Disaster Restoration Project Manager. This position will be responsible for the management of disaster restoration projects; including meeting with customers and estimating jobs, managing production crews, ensuring that our teams provide high-quality work, and interacting with, communicating with, and fielding questions and concerns from customers and property adjusters. The Project Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that all required paperwork and project management systems are completed for each job.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    Knowledge of and experience in the restoration and cleaning industry

    Knowledge of and experience in construction

    Strong critical thinking and analytical skills

    Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal

    Professional appearance and decorum

    Experienced team leader

    In depth knowledge and proficiency using Xactimate, DASH, MICA, and other project management software and apps

    3 years of managing disaster restoration projects

    Responsibilities:

    Meeting with customers, explaining the restoration process, and providing estimates using Xactimate, and T&M.

    Scheduling, managing, and overseeing projects to ensure that they are completed with a high-quality of work and in a profitable manner.

    Resolve problems, answer questions, and communicate with customers and property casualty adjusters throughout the project.
