    Inside Sales and Marketing Support Job Description

    The Inside Sales Support position at PuroClean Emergency Restoration is a dynamic position that gives exposure to both outside sales and also the background work needed to support outside salespeople. In this job, you would be responsible for providing stability and maximum productivity to the hectic life of a salesperson. Daily activities include constant communication with outside sales and marketing representatives, professional-grade communication with potential clients, relationship building and management, basic data implementation, and training in various aspects of the Restoration industry. You would be the primary user of our customer relationship management program called LuxorCRM. This program will be used in the office and also on the road by the Sales and Marketing team to update relationship status in real-time with various potential leads and current business partners.

    Another portion of this job is to use creativity to better market PuroClean Emergency Restoration and the services that we provide through the use of programs in place and new ways you see fit. You would be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing successful marketing programs and events which include social media platforms and types of online marketing. The purpose of this role is to not only support outside sales and marketing representatives, but to also prepare employees in this position for an outside sales role in the company if desired.

    PuroClean Emergency Restoration franchises are nationwide and benefit from communicating successful business practices with other PuroClean franchises. In order to help our franchise and other franchises across the country, you would be responsible for participating in impact group meetings with other PuroClean Sales and Marketing professionals in order to share ideas, learn from others, and implement best practices that are discovered.
