With a ‘One Team’ mentality, the "Carpenter/Finisher" will oversee and complete rebuild projects for our reconstruction division. He will ensure that processes are performed according to guidelines, documentation is completed in a timely and accurate manner and production costs are maintained at the established rate. Both internal and external communications are timely and effective. Jobs are completed, either meeting or exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities:

Trim work finish

Hang cabinets

Hang drywall

Painting

Installing doors & windows

Light construction

Qualifications:

previous experience with tasks of this position is required

construction background

self motivated and driven

high school or GED preferred

Able to lift 50 lbs.

familiarity with basic hand and power tools

reliable transportation and valid driver's license

mechanical aptitude

Benefits:

Rate of Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour, pending previous experience

Position is full-time, 40 per week,

Minimum daily work schedule, Monday - Friday, 7:45 - 4:15 PM
