Water Damage Restoration Technician

Rate of pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Position is full-time, 40 per week, minimum

Daily work schedule, Monday - Friday, 7:45 - 4:15 PM

Responsibilities:

Execute and implement appropriate water mitigation procedures, as necessary

Complete all necessary paperwork when providing customer service

Working with your direct supervisor to ensure team is unified and efficient

Be able to interact with customers in disaster response activities

Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians

Qualifications:Experience in the restoration industry is preferred, by not required. Current IICRC certification in water (WTR) and currently employed in the restoration is preferred, but not required

Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines

Background check will be performed.

Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record

Proficient in the use of a smart phone

Basic "handy-man" skills are desired

Take the initiative to improve technical knowledge and skills through on-line courses and the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) classes (to be paid by employer)

Due to the fact that the company provides emergency services, the employee will be required to be on-call one weekend per month
