Job Position Description:
With a ‘One Team’ mentality, you will perform services as assigned while following PuroClean® production guidelines. Working to ensure all customer needs are met, our water mitigation specialists assist their teams and supervisors with all aspects of restoration work on residential and commercial job sites, as well as maintain vehicles, equipment, and assets of the business. Our technicians take pride in going above and beyond customer expectations in their times of need by providing a world class level of service which sets us apart from our competitors.
Responsibilities:
Execute and implement appropriate water mitigation procedures, as necessary, and following up as required to assure excellent customer service
Effectively perform all aspects of the production processes
Complete all necessary paperwork when providing customer service
Working with your direct supervisor to ensure team is unified and efficient
Be able to interact with customers in disaster response activities
Ensure clear communication with office staff, immediate supervisor and fellow technicians
Always leaving job sites with a clean and orderly appearance

Maintain a professional, positive attitude and appearance at all times
Use good decision making practices in doing what is right for the company
Qualifications:
Experience in the restoration industry is desired, but not required
Strength with multitasking and handling deadlines
Background check will be performed, candidates with felony convictions will not be considered.
Possess a valid driver's license and clean driving record
Proficient in the use of a computer
Basic "handy-man" skills are desired
Demolition experience is desired
Ability to lift at least 50 lbs. and comfortable on your feet for prolonged periods of time
Attention to details in organization, cleanliness and care for facility, assets and equipment
Proficient in the use of a computer
Take the initiative to improve technical knowledge and skills through on-line courses and the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration (IICRC) classes (to be paid by employer)
Benefits:
Rate of pay: 15.00 - $19.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Position is full-time, 40 per week, minimum
Daily work schedule, Monday - Friday, 7:45 - 4:15 PM
Due to the fact that the company provides emergency services, the employee will be required to be on-call one weekend per month
